I would start talking to the manufacturer about the warranty or advice on troubleshooting so that I can return the box if I need to.3c. If I really liked the computer, and I require the ability to connect to the 5 GHz network, I would purchase a third part Wi-Fi adapter.3d. I would make sure I have the latest OS update.3a. I recommend you grab them right off that sight you linked to.2.
This will allow you to revert back if so desired. Make sure you back up your computer before going as far as a windows update or an OS change. None of these are guaranteed to work but will give you somewhere to start. It is a lot like windows in its user friendliness.These are all just recommendations based on how I would go about rectifying this issue.
